Chasing your 'what if'
You're feeling good and you know how and why. You're confident and resilient, should anything happen you've got the tools to deal with it and push on. Now we chase down your bucket list and your "what is next". You will take real ownership of your training, often without me there. We will pivot from high structure and controlled lifting to more freedom and activity specific work based off of your new goals.
It is a brand new world out there for you
A lot of my clients have been in pain and discomfort for so long that they are unable to see past it. A 'pain free' life was never an option for them and they're unsure about what activities they enjoy or what else they want to achieve. This is totally okay and you may be in the same boat.
During the explore phase of training, we find what you enjoy and really lean into it. If you already know, that's brilliant and we'll go straight there! Otherwise, I'll be switching up the training styles and giving lots of suggestions for you to try. Once you find a hobby, or pick a bucket list item to tick off, all the training will pivot into helping you bring the best version of you to the activity.

While we explore what you enjoy, there are some long term health goals that I'll be steering your training towards. These will be underlying future programming to keep you feeling as good as possible for as long as possible. Continuing to build both physical and mental resilience to take on the world.
